Web Banner, NetID, and Email Access Request for Non-SUNY HR Staff

Service Description

This form is available to request a non-SUNY HR staff request for Banner access, NetID or email account.  While this form can be used for SUNY staff, it is only to be used if there are special circumstances that will delay the HR appointment form from being processed in a timely way. 

Available to

Non-SUNY Staff and their supervisors needing access to campus systems such as: BASC, BSG, Child Care Center, EOP, Graduate Assistant, Military Science, Research Foundation, and campus Volunteers.
